CAN’T WALK!
Had Muay Thai training last night and my shins are fucked! but even worse my left ankle is proper fucked! well, actually, i’m over exaggerating, but too many kicks to the heavy bag, especially when you’re under shooting and hitting with the foot defintley takes its toll! My mistake, but that’s how we learn hey? Overall it was a good training sesh, can’t wait for the next one!
